Flex in Five: Morning Stretches for Supreme Flexibility

Sunrise Salutation Stretch:
Lie on your back, lift one leg at a time, and rotate your ankles for a dynamic stretch that wakes up your lower body.
Limber Leg Lifts:
Stand tall, interlace your fingers, and stretch to the side. Feel the stretch along your torso, promoting flexibility and improved posture.
Skyward Side Bend:
Sit comfortably, bring your feet together, and gently press your knees towards the floor, opening up your hips and thighs.
While seated, twist your torso gently from side to side, reaching for opposite sides to unlock tension and enhance spinal flexibility.
Reach and Release Twist:
Gently nod your head up and down, then rotate side to side to release tension in the neck and improve overall flexibility.
